To anyone who’s still reading this blog…
Good lawd have I been neglecting it. I have three posts that I’ve been working on for over a week, one of them for two weeks.
I’ve started *another* new job, and I’ve kind of been thrown into the fire EMS wise. I wanted it, I got it. Now I’m learning to deal with situations I’ve only heard of or read about.
The kids have been sick and they keep passing it back and forth between the two of them. I’m considering buying stock in lysol and paper towels. After night two of having to sleep with the little one, I woke up with a sore throat this morning.
It’s the gift that keeps on giving folks.
So… with all that being said… I’m still here.
As soon as I can chase down my Muse (I’m pretty sure he ran away to the Bahamas), I’ll be back :)
Well, who can blame him? it’s too freaking cold in this part of the world not too.:-)
Hope you’re ALL well by the time you read this…and don’t forget the bleach! I use it in everything, lol…it’s a wonder we haven’t all keeled over from chlorine poisoning!

Don’t apologize. Write when you can, and don’t when you cannot. Having a life is ok. It just would be nice if it involved less snot I am sure.

Sorry to hear that the sore throat gremlins caught up with you. It’s hard to keep ahead of them when you have little kids. My oldest teaches third grade and has become immune to most of the germs by being exposed for so many years, but it was rough when she was your age. I hope you get over it soon and are back at your usual post.
I think we both have had that kind of week.. a week away from the keyboard and monitor.
