You know, I have been trying to get to EMS Expo and the Firehouse Expo since their inception. I have not made it to either one yet, but I am still plugging. There has always been something else that came up that needed the money- braces, washing machine, refrigerator, car repair, etc. This year it was the IRS.

Maybe next year. Well…not in Dallas. It will at least have to be in driving range.

X-collar, eh? Interesting. I would want to try it, but I can just hear my co-workers now… On the other hand, I saw something last year that I think was called the Reynolds Extrication or Immobilization Device (a head block set) that really worked, but I cannot find them on line.

Ooo, that X-Collar thing looks shiny! If it does actually provide as much support as it claims, should make extrications significantly easier. Though does look like it might cause airway management issues…

well i’ll DEFINITELY be at the spring Expo with the pod guys and the one next fall is in Tx (which isn’t that far from me!) so I’ll be there as well. Def stop by, say hello, be a part of the podcast! It was a blast this year in Atlanta!!
